Kick me out of Game and sometimes deletes Minecart’s and once entity's

So, I created a world on the update 1.16, not sure if that affects it. And so what happens is that randomly I get kicked out of Minecraft for no reason, I think it just happens in that world, I haven't tested it on other worlds. So then what happens it kinda rewinds a little, and I will be were I previously was, and it sometimes deletes my Minecart's on my Slime farm. And once, it deleted every entity, so my farm animals, all my minecarts, etc..

So also if I had dropped an item, and it kicks me, then say goodbye to that item, because it will be gone, it deletes it. It's really annoying, and sometimes I'm playing with my brother and it's suddenly kicks me out of Minecraft, and it kick him from the world. I sadly don't have any videos about it, I'll try and get one.
