[MCPE-14814] Small bug with the interface.

Found bug with the interface. When I turned off the feature split controls, the circle appeared , almost the entire screen . I dont know it is a bug or not, simply be notified.

It is supposed to be there when you move your view, but does it stay there after you let go?
