Seed Parity between Java and Bedrock doesn't work if the seed is over 10 digits. This is because if it's over 10 digits, the bedrock seed changes. I tested this on chunkbase.com. As it's in the pre-release stages, I don't want this being overlooked.

This is because Java supports numbers up to 2^64, whereas Bedrock supports numbers up to the value of 2^32
