[MCPE-14841] no redstone quasi connectivity

My phone is a mobiper N910. The classic jeb door which is a 4x4 hidden Redstone door using a quasi connectivity glitch doesn't work in mcpe but it works in all other versions such as PC, PS3, Xbox360, Xbox ONE, and PSVita. It seems a little sad the pocket misses out on this.
