i tried to join a minecraft serverr and it just be stuck on the locating server screen until it says unable to connect to world I can no join any server

anything on minecraf i can no join I cant no join servers or ma frians but they can join a me if I try to a join anything it will just b stuk on loading scran its says locating servr but on mincraftt dungan it will a just crasjh
