I keep trying to place a music disc into the jukebox but I cannot hear the music of any disc. The parrots still dance and the music notes still show, indicating that the game believes the music is playing, but I do not hear any music whether I am using my phone's built-in speaker or my bluetooth headphones. Other reports say this issue has been resolved but it is still not working.

The reason the pack isn’t included is because of the storage issues on phones, as Minecraft is already big enough in terms of size, and adding music to the full game is going to make it even bigger.
You will need to download the free music pack from the Marketplace to hear music.
