Sometimes mobs slow action, move.
But my speed is normal.
On video: mobs slow shoot, reload, move.
All mobs was slow, not only one mob.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.17.41 and the latest beta.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.

This happens when you have (very) low tps (slow phone in this case).
it is just the game taking his time to do stuff.
