Bugged chunk/ visual glitch

Bugged chunk thats normally grass,  but is now a snow block with pure black on top. It hasnt rained and im not in the right biome nor height for snow. I am by an ocean in a flower field biome at 71 blocks high. When i break is completely in the area it grows back to the original black snow grass. Ive tired leaving and joining back but that didnt work either. Out of all my years playing bedrock this hasnt happened to me or anyone that i know of.
