[MCPE-149308] Main menu no longer has music

The main menu doesn't have music anymore since 1.18. None of my resource packs change the main menu music, so it's a bug with the game.

How to reproduce:
Launch minecraft in 1.18
Listen for music on the main menu

What I expected:
There would be music, including the new music in 1.18

What I heard:
There is no music at all, just silence.

Notes:
This only happens on the first time you launch 1.18, relaunching the game fixes the bug permanently.

Yes, I waited and waited and there was just silence, so I relaunched the game.
