Lava waterfall appearing in iceberg

I thought this had been fixed, but apparently not. Lava waterfalls (not sure of the official name) generate in icebergs. Pretty self explanatory. The screenshot I've included is on the most recent version of the game (1.18.0) and the seed for the world is 178240580
