EN: My PC shut down during a problem and when it restarted my world that was open was gone. I believe I have found the files referring to it the size of Access files match the size of my world. But I don't know what to do to recover, I've tried some help from the internet and don't work. I need Mojang's help to get my world back, I can pass the files anyway, please help me.
PT: meu PC desligou durante um problema e quando reiniciou meu mundo que estava aberto, sumiu. Acredito que eu tenha encontrado a pasta referente a ele o tamanho dos arquivos do Access batem com o tamanho do meu mundo. Mas não sei o que fazer para recuperar, já tentei algumas dicas pela internet. Preciso de ajuda da Mojang para recuperar meu mundo, posso passar a pasta enfim, por favor me ajudem.
