[MCPE-149597] Character Creator Skins dont Load in a World

For some reason, on one of my worlds, Character Created Skins will not load. On basically every other world, they will load.

This world used to be a realm before I copied it to continue playing on it.

The world is over 460 MB

Do you have any resource packs applied to that world? If so, does disabling them fix the issue?

No, the issue still persists.

Could you provide a copy of the world? Since the world is too large to attach, you will need to upload it to a site like OneDrive or Dropbox and then share the link.
