[MCPE-149605] Ghost block in old superflat

When you convert a a old superflat world( I did it from 1.17) then, as always ,u can build under y 0 ,it's also look weird but ok .but If you go under y 0 and cover the block u broke, it will create ghost light it will ,altho reset when u reload the game
