MCPE 0.14.3 and 0.15.0 beta 1 WATER TEXTURE bug!

I'm using a MYPHONEMY27 Android phone.

If you searched the issue above, you might observe that the inside is visible. This WATER TEXTURE bug affects the OUTSIDE. It makes the outside look like an undersea❓ background. The INSIDE looks NORMAL, though. Screenshots below. Look for the differences between the issue above.
