[MCPE-149806] An abnormal display of a spyglass or bow in the hand when holding a spyglass or bow

If the player is using third-party skin or non-default skin, the spyglass or bow in hand will show abnormal.

However, if the player is using the default skin (such as Steve), the spyglass or bow in the hand will be displayed properly, I think this is a bug and hope to fix it soon
