I played minecraft a week ago and the game started to lag and suddenly my phones crashed. When i want to get back in the game, it wont let me.

For some reason, your friend changes the Friends setting with 'Friends only' instead of 'Invite only' the only way is to ask your friend and reinstall your game, or happening depending on your android version is different on your device.
