I was playing on minecraft 1.17 and trying the experimental caves and cliffs, and since 1.18 is out now, the game asks me to convert the world. When I press agree, it freezes for like 5 seconds and then crashes and does not convert the world. Therefore, I am unable to access the world. I don't know if the Beta 1.18.10.21 fixed this issue. I have restarted my computer, uninstalled minecraft and reinstalled it, updated all my drivers. not sure if other users have the same issue or not.

my other one was already resolved for being a duplicate, why did you resolve this one? I will just post another issue, because it still has not been solved.

Could you attach a copy of the world to this ticket? If the world is too large to attach, you will need to upload it to a site like OneDrive or Dropbox and then share the link.
