My entire village disappeared. I was fighting off a Pillager Patrol, and all that was left was the captain, I gave him the slip and he despawned. I went about my business working on a build, and noticed all 30 of my villagers are gone. I had a number of them safely secured in lit areas, or underground behind iron doors.
I have the bedrock edition on switch on easy mode as I play with my kids.
