[MCPE-149958] Darkness + Night Vision Makes Invalid Light Values

When Adding The new darkness effect with night vision, it creates negative light values.

How to recreate:

1) Go into a room with one light source (Sky, Torch, Etc)

2) Give yourself Darkness And Night vision
