I can't find the Axolotl wherever I am, I've been standing near the water in the Biome Lust Cave and still can't find it spawned. And there's only Glow Squid. I also couldn't find Goat in the mountains. Please fix this problem. thank you

Mobs like the axolotl won't generally spawn if you're standing in the same position, try moving away then coming back and see if anything changed. Goats won't always spawn in every mountain biome, you might have to go to a few to find some, as they're a bit uncommon.
