world doesn't load right, things are wrong color, stone is checkered pink and black, fmob are different, sometimes get message about not enough space and doesn't load

Sometimes the game loads wrong and either mixes up biomes changing existing areas or loads with everything in mostly 2 or 4 colors, one load had stone and other blocks checkered pink and black, sometimes game doesn't load and get message about not enough space when there is plenty of space, tropical fish spawn in 2 of 4 different colors and while salmon remain the same, parrots are different colors (pink and black) with mohawks, other times mob are invisible. When this happens it is usually resolved by save/quitting and reloading however I usually delete that save and load back up just to play it safe. Also beacon lights are no longer visible after so many blocks above beacon. I noticed before update lights did not show up when you climbed so high. With the deeper levels I sank my beacon pyramids to lower levels to cover the new areas. While I still get the boosts I can no longer see the lights at sea level so I have to choose between being able to see the beacon lights or getting beacon boosts at the lowest levels
