The first is cellular ,the piston does not pass energy from one to the other ,and the second is the PC so passes energy to one another

Thank you for your report. This issue was, however, submitted earlier as MCPE-14664.
In fact probably coincidentally, your second screenshot shows an actual bug that pistons behaving as opaque while they should be transparent, but it has also been reported as MCPE-14910.
