Inventory transactions in which the player tries to craft diamond gear into netherite gear always fail if ItemStackNetManager is off.
How to reproduce: turn itemstacknetmanager off
observe that trying to craft netherite armor doesnt work, transaction request is undone
does not happen when itemstacknetmanager is on
