While I was playing Minecraft for the third time on 1.18, I was messing around with TNT, when I took a break from blowing up a mountain experimenting. I wanted to check the new disk, other side. While I was listening, I randomly put TNT directly next to the Jukebox and discovered it became lit. After further experimentation, I discovered that it affects all disks and only activates when a disk is in.

Summary:
Jukeboxes give out a redstone signal natively.
Steps to Reproduce:
Grap or craft a Jukebox
Place the Jukebox next to a block that can take a restone signal
Give the Jukebox a music disk
Observed Results:
Jukebox gives out a redstone signal without being connected to a comparator.
Expected Results:
Jukebox doesn't give off a redstone signal unless connected to a comparator.
