[MCPE-150384] Skulker boxes can make intense spamming in chat (Explanation in description)

Just hunting bugs in EDUCATION... Anyway, I kept searching bugs. How to make it: Place a shulker box facing at the void on minimum build height. Open it, when it's fully open, close the UI, then sneak, hold right click(make sure to hold a solid block), and the text "Minimum height for building is 0/-64 blocks(Whatever, because I was in Education Edition and the minimum build height was 0 blocks)" shows up each tick(on my case!). Note: Works on PC
