In my Bedrock realm my villagers despawn after keeping the chunk unloaded for a while. No leads on what is causing this to occur. Named villagers will also despawn as well.

Same here. Just restocked my trading hall with every top enchanted book trade yesterday just to have them disappear again. 24 villagers and zombie converter with villagers gone...Again!
In my case not ALL of mine have disappeared, like only two where left fortunately. But I lost some of the villagers I had since the world was on Xbox 360 because of this bug.
FOR MOJANG - This world has been transferred from Xbox 360, to Xbox One, to Windows 10, then to Bedrock Realms.
