All entities have disappeared within one walled village. All villagers, sheep, cows, etc have disappeared. One villager was confined to a doorless building so I know a mob attack was not the cause.

I've been experiencing this bug also. I'll leave the area or log out, and when I come back about 90% of all of my entities, including ones with name tags, have despawned.
