Minecraft crashes and goes to home screen when I try to update world

When I try to update my Minecraft world to make it higher and deeper the game freezes about 2 seconds after I press Update and play and goes to the home screen. This is on my series s and happens on my Xbox one s too now. Other towns will load up but the one that it gets to make me update doesn't. I've added a picture of the update that crashes my game.
