When crafting custom fireworks in creative it becomes one of the creative inventory fireworks, have not done it in survival yet.
Steps to reproduce
1. Go into creative mode
2. Craft a firework using the different items compatible with the recipes
3. Make the firework star
3.5. add a fade.
4. Finish the recipe and create your firework
