Description:
Sneak-walking on a block that is under a chest (possible because of its small bounding box) is not possible as when you try to move, you get stuck unless you stop sneaking or jump. I believe it also works with honey blocks, but I don't know any more examples.
How to reproduce:
1. Place a block on the ground (make sure no blocks are touching it from its sides)
2. Place a chest on the block
3. Go on the block under the chest and sneak
What should happen:
You sneak-walk normally
What happens instead:
You get stuck and can't move unless you jump or stop sneaking

Please explain what "sneak walk normally" means, or be more specific about what you think should happen.
Normally if you are in "sneak" mode you can't walk off the edge of a block to a lower block. So if you are sneaking on the block the chest is on, you should not be able to walk off without jumping or exiting sneak mode.
