No Right Side outline on world select menu

I noticed that when one highlights a world in the selection menu, there is no white outline in the right.

Steps:

1. Make a world
2. Exit and go to the world selection menu
3. Highlight the world
Expected Result: There is a white outline on all sides
Actual Result: There is no white outline on the right side as shown in the video
