[MCPE-152204] Choppy Animation in 1.18.10

Dear Mojang,

In the latest patch for 1.18.10, the moving animation is so choppy. Hopefully you can fix and have a smooth animation. Thank you!

P.S. Before 1.18.10, it has smooth animation.

Although I was in server, everytime I am in multiplayer or singleplayer, it has a choppy animation. Before it has smooth animation. Also it was not my phone that is choppy.
