[MCPE-152224] Ice renders as water when traveling too fast

When traveling with a boat or run too fast while flying or on the ground , the ice render as water for a millisecond

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get on a boat

2. Make the boat run fast

3. Look behind

Observed Results:

The ice render as water for a millisecond

Expected Results:

Ice renders as ice

Especially when u boat on ice. BTW boat is still slightly broken in 1.18.10.

they fixed it disappearing but its animation is choppy when leaving it & it goes forward
