The Item Textures, Block Textures, and Possibly even some Models for Blocks on Add-ons and Mods, are completely Broken, Missing, or down right not Functioning correctly.
Item Texture that uses multiple textures on one Name only shows the first Texture or Texture Frame 0 on Items.
Some Blocks have Missing Textures and some have Missing Model Geometries.
Images below show the very Big Difference from 1.18.1 and 1.18.2 to 1.18.10.
Videos Below shows how Behaviour Packs still Work Fine and Okay, it's just the Resource Pack that's broken.

Note: the Bug happens to Most Mods so it doesn't matter if it's this Add-on or another, they will be having mostly the same Issue.
Bonus Bug:
Server or Multiplayer Usage of Add-ons or Mods with Items and Blocks having the Same ID will doesn't make the Item Override the Block and its Recipes will not Function.
Another Bug is Anvils, custom Items with Repairable Component cannot be repaired in Anvil even if the Item is intended to be available for usage of Repair or Usage to Repair.
Instead of Fixing the Item it will instead not Give you but will remain the same 2 Items on slot and not fixed, however the Anvil will still get used.
