Ray Traced entities shimmer during movement with DLSS

When DLSS is activated, whenever an entity is moving it will now shimmer in respect to the surrounding environment and will occasionally merge with the surrounding pixels. I believe this is due to entity motion vectors no longer being properly read by DLSS (or a similar issue). The resulting effect is both distracting and visually confusing.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enter any world with Upscaling (DLSS) and Ray Tracing on

  2. Observe any entity movement

Observed Results:

All potions of the entity undergoing movement seem to shimmer and occasionally lose visibility when DLSS is turned on. This does not occur with the fallback upscaler used when Upscaling is turned off in settings.

Expected Results:

Entities should retain full render functionality during movement, just as it was seen before preview 1.19.0.25.

Can you possibly attach a new video of the issue and try to pinpoint when the issue occurs, and maybe explain the issue in observed results more? To be honest I don't know what the issue here is.

@MADLAD3718 That shimmering doesn't seem to be caused by DLSS. It seems to be dependent on the contrast to the background and it therefore applies to anything, including held items (e.g. tools). Your video actually shows that it is still happening with Upscaling turned off (see after 0:39, when the Warden starts moving again).

For some reason the rendered pixels of the current frame seem to influence the colour of the pixels at the same position in the next frame, causing some kind of smearing effect if the contrast is high enough. Though I've noticed this issue from the very beginning when I started playing (version 1.18), as I've spent a lot of time in caves where e.g. enchanted tools are set apart from the dark background clearly.
