[MCPE-154334] Sculk Sensor and Sculk Shrieker gives xp when silk touched

How to to reproduced:

Break a Sculk Sensor or Sculk Shrieker with a silk touch tool

Expected result:

Sculk Sensor or Sculk Shrieker breaks and gives you the Sculk Sensor or Sculk Shrieker with no xp.

The Current result:

Sculk sensor or Sculk Shrieker is dropped and xp is also dropped.
