I play in peaceful mode. Since this update I am falling extremely fast, and recieving hard mode level damage. Also, I am drowning extremely fast since this update. Please fix this is unacceptable.

As mentioned above, Peaceful mode does not prevent damage / death from falling from a high place, drowning, burning in lava, falling into the void, etc.

Non-mob damage like burning, drowning. freezing and falling from height deals the same amount of damage regardless of difficulty settings.
By "drowning extremely fast", do You mean oxygen or HP loss? Asking since drowning has been set to be at parity with the java version, so now ticks of damage occur without stops between them.
"Falling extremely fast"- Is this about HP loss from fall damage, or the Player velocity while falling?

Peaceful mode has no effect on fall damage, it prevents mob spawns, eliminated hunger and gives health regeneration, but fall damage is calculated the same way as in any other mode.
