We’re having this issue since v1.16 (or maybe 1.15) and cannot find a solution yet. When we try to load our world the game stay stuck at the loading resource pack process. In the end we get a message saying unable to load this world, other times the game crashes.. We tried everything, our last hope was to upload the world on a realm and then try to do something from a Pc. We were trying to create a new world with the same seed to overwrite the corrupted files with the new ones, (as this dude does on YouTube https://youtu.be/dARRKHrt1xM)but our seed does not exists anymore..! The game creates a totally different world, even if the seed is the same as our world. So we are stuck here. Any possible solution..?

The new world with the same seed is just a workaround found on YT. But still i don’t know why minecraft keeps freezing on the loading resources process while loading the world. Any idea?

Believe me we tried every possible solution and workarounds on PS4 and PS5, nothing worked. If it's not a bug then i don't know what it is. Anyway we'll keep trying to figure out what's going on with this world cause we absolutely want it back.
Thanks for helping us!
Any chance to get any news? I don't know if you are able to do something with our world, but we would like to know if there is a specific workaround to fix that issue. We alreay tried a lot of possible solutions, can you suggest us something? We have no resource packs, i don't really understand what the game is trying to load..
Thanks
Yes, the loading bug is still here even with the latest update. It keeps saying there was a problem loading this world, after the loading resources pack.
Issue still here. Is there a possibility that the issue is because of the size? The world is exactly 1.0 GB. I mean it sounds strange.. exactly 1.0 GB.
Is this still an issue as of 1.21.2? If so, please attach the affected (zipped) world file. If the file size is too large, please upload it somewhere else and then link to it here.
On PlayStation you can follow these steps to copy a world save:
Make sure your BLANK USB stick has been formatted to FAT32
On your PlayStation, go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Copy to USB Storage Device > Select Minecraft > Select Saved World to copy > Copy
This should then copy the world save to the USB, which you can share to a file sharing site such as OneDrive, and then share the link.

Yes, this is still an issue on the latest version. Uploading a zip file containing the world and relative files. Don't know why there is a duplicate of the world in my PS5 storage. I'm sharing one of them, i guess they are the same and maybe one of them it's a backup created by Minecraft itself cause this is a world started in 1.16.

World generation can change between major versions. So the original seed used to generate a world in 1.16 will produce a different world in 1.18. This is as expected and not a bug.
