Resource packs/addons/global resources dont work anymore

Before the 1.18.30 I had the resource pack always active and it always worked great, i never had any problem. After this update it only worked for the sky, witch means it only transforms the sky. So all the other features (waving effeckt for most plants and better light) are not working any more. It also lost its working on servers. I also tried various others, all with the same effect: resource packs lost its effect.
