[MCPE-154527] Some items on player's hand misplaced when equip capes

When I don't equip capes, everything seems normal, as you can see on Picture_1 and Picture_3.

When I equip capes, some items on the right hand (such as Bow, Sheild and Trident) misplaced. When the item on my right hand, it's obviously closer to the center of the screen than the normal one, as you can see on the Picture_2. When it's on my left hand (such as sheild) , it's farther from the center of screen, as you can see on Picture_4.
