The Sound of Music achievement will not complete. I have played a music disc in a jukebox in multiple different Meadow biomes in seed -961584262. The music disc tried was c418 - Wait.
The most recent attempt was around coords 750, 120, 2100. I have played the song in multiple locations in each of the Meadow biomes. I've tried letting the entire song play out, popping the disc out early and playing it again, etc.
I've seen a number of people reporting this same thing.

Just tested again on single player in the same seed at 755, 136, 2173. Another test at 733, 109, 2074. And a third at 801, 128, 2228. All of those coords should be well within a Meadow biome, both by looks of the biome and according to chunkbase. Still no achievement.
*edit: I did verify that I was in worlds that can complete achievements on both the server and singleplayer version.
Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, realms, multiplayer or singleplayer?
