[MCPE-155001] Weird block breaking animation when breaking from the top and bottom

Breaking a block from the top or bottom produces a weird blink-like animation

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Stand at the top or bottom of a block (in survival mode)

2. Start breaking the block by placing the cursor as high or low as possible and move slowly while doing so

Observed Results:
Block breaking animation starts to look weird

Expected Results:
The block-breaking animation is played correctly from any position the player is in
