[MCPE-155058] Sculk Catalyst can generate under lava

When exploring in the Deep Dark biome, sculk catalysts can generate under lava if the deep dark is near lava.

Steps to reproduce:

1: Create a world with the seed 5356503541412891064

2: Run the command /tp @s -128.51 -55.88 -447.64

3: Look through the lava, and you will find a sculk catalyst that generated under lava
