[MCPE-155148] Bow is not properly aligned in the player's hands

While holding a bow, the bow is a few pixels up from where it should be

Steps to reproduce
1. Obtain a bow
2. Hold the bow

Expected Results
The bow is in the proper place in the 1st person perspective
