For odd reason, the water is not flowing and is instead frozen. I ain’t using any kind of texture pack. Just the default texture pack for Minecraft.
How to Reproduce:
Create a World
Go to Creative Mode
Grab a Water Bucket or Find a Flowing Waterfall
Place the water bucket down and see how it isn’t flowing
