Problem: You cannot walk or sprint diagonally by pressing 2 buttons at the same time if you don't have an other finger moving around your head. This is very annoying if you want to move around using multiple fingers on the d-pad.
Possible Solution: Use the code used in versions older than 1.18.30
Devices Affected: All mobile devices.

Note: I am not talking about the "glitch" that already existed (that makes you able to turn your head even if you slide your finger on the d-pad), I am talking about a new problem that appeared in 1.18.30

I’m not a mod or anything, but this issue is probably related with MCPE-154153
agreed, it's annoying when you suddenly cannot move front of anywhere really cuz of the dpad/bug-glitch. Dear Mojang, fixing or even atleast acknowledging about this would be a huge favour for us, mobile players.
