I am trying to find my world on preview but when I go to the bottom and press copy world from full release game it does not find my world. The other worlds it does find it cannot convert them and has an error message come up saying "can't convert world"

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
