[MCPE-155533] Texture Packs not working

After the 1.18.3 update, none of my texture packs work anymore. Waited for the usual bug fix update (1.18.31) to correct it but unfortunately it didn't. Please help! Operating MCPE on iOS 15.4.1.

Is your textrue pack a shader pack?Because of RenderDragon，ALL SHADER PACKS NO LONGER WORK.
