[MCPE-155597] Blocks hitboxes appearing weird when having outline selection off

When having outline selection off in bedrock 1.18.30 and above, there is weird square hitbox appearing when you touch the blocks. It is different from the earlier version, in 1.18.12 the blocks hitboxes followed the shape of the blocks.
