Cauldrons no longer filling with Lava from drip stone with flowing lava above

my lava farm no longer works.

The lava is still dripping through the drip stones but the cauldrons are not filling up at all. I have been in my base and close to the lava farm for 14 minecraft days and nights and still the 3 that I used the lava from (filled before the update) just will not refill.

I have broken and reseated the cauldrons and have broken and reseated the drip stones to see if that would kick it into working but alas not.

I am on a windows 10 PC and the latest update 1.18.31 Bedrock Edition

Is this only happening on a Bedrock Dedicated Server?

It's on single player bedrock as well. It refills only under lava source blocks, not flowing lava
